About these terms

This website is operated by FLWR TECH LTD, trading as FLWR Tech. These terms describe the permitted use of our public website, articles and contact forms. Our company information is available on the Impressum page.

These website terms do not replace a separately agreed proposal, statement of work or services agreement. Any paid engagement will have its own agreed scope, fees, responsibilities and delivery terms.

Information and examples

Our articles and service descriptions provide general information. They are not a project-specific assessment or a promise of a particular result. Illustrative workflows, screens and calculations are examples, not evidence of previous client projects.

We aim to keep the information accurate and useful, but it may become outdated. Confirm requirements, costs and suitability with us before relying on the website to make a project decision.

Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to buying services or commit us to accepting a project. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of your message; it does not confirm an appointment or create a services agreement.

The introductory 30-minute consultation is offered without charge or an obligation to proceed. Available times are shown in the booking calendar. Appointment confirmations and rescheduling instructions are provided through Calendly.

Please provide contact details that you are entitled to use. Do not include passwords, access keys or sensitive records in an initial enquiry. We can arrange a suitable way to exchange project information when needed.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. In particular, do not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to the website, admin area or another person’s information
• Submit malware, fraudulent enquiries, impersonation or unsolicited promotional messages
• Disrupt the website or bypass its access controls and abuse-prevention measures

Website content and ownership

Website text, designs and original illustrations belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may read, link to and save content for your own reference. Reuse beyond permissions provided by law or an applicable licence requires the rights holder’s permission.

Third-party software, trademarks and other materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of website materials or determines ownership of a future client deliverable.

External services and availability

Links and embedded services, including Calendly, are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or content.

We may update or temporarily interrupt the website for maintenance or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the forms, receive our emails or book a consultation. These terms do not provide consent to marketing or tracking.
