How is the price agreed?
We agree the scope, deliverables and price before work begins. Larger or less certain projects can be divided into phases, with each phase priced and approved separately. Any changes and their effect on cost are discussed before proceeding.

How long does a project usually take?

What happens to ownership and support after launch?
Ownership, access and handover are agreed before work starts, with client-controlled accounts wherever practical. Ongoing support is optional and agreed separately. You can also maintain the system with your own team.
