How to use the Reorder PDF Pages

  1. Choose a PDF, or try the example.
  2. Type the new page order, for example 3, 1-2, or choose to reverse all pages.
  3. Select Reorder pages and download the new PDF.

Supported files and limits

  • Ranges can run backwards: 6-4 means pages 6, 5, 4. Each page can be listed once.
  • Pages you do not list are kept and added at the end in their original order, so nothing is lost by accident.
  • Pages keep their content, size, rotation and links. Bookmarks and attachments are not copied. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
  • Up to 2,000 pages and 100 MB.

Common questions

How do I move one page to the front?
Type just that page number, for example 5. Page 5 becomes the first page and all other pages follow in their original order.
How do I reverse a PDF that was scanned back to front?
Choose "Reverse all pages" and select Reorder pages. The last page becomes the first.
Does reordering change the pages?
No. Pages are copied as they are; only their order changes. Text stays selectable and quality is unchanged.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is processed in your browser, and it is never sent to our server or anyone else.
