Make PDF Pages the Same Size

Scanned pages, receipts and merged documents often end up with different page sizes. This tool puts every page on the same paper size, A4 or US Letter, scaled to fit and centred without cropping, so the PDF prints and reads evenly.

Supported files and limits

  • Pages are scaled proportionally and never cropped or stretched. Page order and rotation are kept as they appear on screen.
  • The new PDF holds the page contents only. Bookmarks, links, form fields, comments, attachments and digital signatures are not copied.
  • Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Up to 500 pages and 50 MB.
  • Keep the original: the new file is a copy for printing, sharing or archiving.

Common questions

Why does my PDF have pages of different sizes?
Merging documents from different sources, scanning receipts or combining A4 and US Letter files leaves each page at its original size. Printers and viewers then scale each page differently.
Will the content be cut off?
No. Each page is shrunk or centred to fit inside the margins of the new paper size, keeping its proportions.
Does it change the text quality?
No. The original page content is placed on the new page as it is, so text and vector graphics stay sharp. Nothing is converted to images.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is processed in your browser, and it is never sent to our server or anyone else.
