  • Invoices are grouped by days past their due date: current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days.
  • Without a due date column, the due date is the invoice date plus the payment terms you enter.

  • Up to 50,000 invoices. The file needs a header row.

Common questions

What is an aging report?
An accounts receivable aging report lists what customers owe, grouped by how long the invoices have been overdue. It shows which customers to chase first and how much money is at risk.
Where do I get the list of open invoices?
Most accounting systems, such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, can export unpaid or outstanding invoices to CSV. Include the customer, invoice number, due date and amount still open.
Why does the report date matter?
Days overdue are counted up to the report date. Use today to see the current position, or a month end to match your accounts.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The file is processed in your browser and never sent to our server or anyone else.
